Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Retail Operations Manager to lead our boutiques to success. You will be an ambassador for the brand, upholding exceptional client experience standards and developing your team to drive strong sales results.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing both our Chadstone Boutique and David Jones Chadstone Boutique. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail management, preferably with Australian designer or luxury fashion experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and drive exceptional client experience standards.
  • Develop a commercial mindset for your team and lead them to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • Inspire and motivate your team, identifying individual potential and facilitating developmental opportunities.
  • Create a positive team culture that promotes high employee performance while maintaining a client-centric approach.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably with Australian designer or luxury fashion experience.
  • A client-centric customer service approach.
  • Proven success in team member coaching or development.
  • Full-time availability on a Tuesday to Saturday rotation.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
