Job Opportunity: Make a Difference in the Lives of Children and Families

As part of our foster care program, we are seeking a skilled professional to drive the recruitment of high-quality carers. This strategic initiative aims to attract and retain individuals who can provide a nurturing environment for children.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to engage potential foster carers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and leverage innovative channels for recruitment.
  • Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness and promote the foster care program.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve and refine recruitment efforts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as social work or psychology.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families.
