Job Title: Fleet Sales Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at Penske Transportation Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating fleet sales project objectives, assisting with building project requirements, and managing costs, time, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fleet Project Manager in developing a detailed project management plan incorporating all project aspects and objectives.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to manage key activities, including sourcing products and delivering final project documentation.
  • Monitor project variables against the project management plan and project performance baseline.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure project timeframes are met.
  • Support with managing the project budget.

About You:

  • Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to maintain regular contact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, and business operating systems.
  • Experience with the Truck Sales industry would be highly advantageous.
