Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Professional to lead the management of our contractual agreements. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing construction and service contracts while fostering key stakeholder relationships and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, negotiate, and manage construction and service contracts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and addressing contract-related issues.
  • Monitor and track contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Provide guidance on contract modifications, extensions, and terminations, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in developing procurement strategies to optimize supplier selection and performance, focusing on equipment and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or Supply Chain is highly regarded.

- Proven experience in contract management within the mining sector, particularly with maintenance and/or engineering and service contracts.

- Strong understanding of contract law and best practices, with specific experience in project environments.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with contract management software and tools.
