Job Overview

We are seeking a senior technology professional to join our team as an IT Solutions Lead. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of modern programs, services and policy that strengthen communities and enable South Australians to actively participate in community life.

About the Role
  • Act as the central technology team's representative on significant projects and report daily to the Manager, Cyber Risk and Information Security.
  • Ensure policies, standards and security frameworks are adhered to.
  • Work to ensure integrations and technical architecture are documented and well understood between project teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with project teams and business units to analyse and define business requirements and drive improvements in processes, information systems, information management, and organisational practices through effective change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement technology strategies that support business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale IT projects.
  3. Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project teams and business units.
  4. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in information security, policies, standards and security frameworks in a large organisation.
  • Ability to document integrations and technical architecture and facilitate understanding across project teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with project teams and business units to define requirements and drive process improvements.
