Enterprise Solution Designer

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Solution Designer to drive strategic technology solutions that deliver impactful business outcomes.

As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your expertise in solution architecture to guide the development and management of complex enterprise solutions. You will work collaboratively across business capabilities, value streams, and processes to ensure technology solutions align with strategic objectives and architectural standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy into solution architecture aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Develop architectural deliverables to support governance and investment decisions.
  • Lead the design and evaluation of solution architectures across applications and technologies.
  • Create reference architectures and contextual designs to guide development.
  • Establish principles, standards, and patterns to ensure architectural compliance.
  • Support product lifecycle decisions including maintenance, refresh, and retirement.
  • Monitor solution portfolios and recommend improvements.
  • Consult on infrastructure and application development to align with architecture.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support communities of practice.
About You
  • Proven experience in a similar role as an Enterprise Solution Designer.
  • Tertiary qualification in technology, engineering, or a related field is highly regarded.
  • Exposure to diverse technologies and platforms is essential.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management practices is required.
  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps is crucial.
  • Confident presenting to senior executives and technical audiences is necessary.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities are required.
  • Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams is vital.
