About the Opportunity
Our organization is looking for a Strategic Technology Designer to lead innovation and design cutting-edge technology solutions that drive real business results.
We seek an experienced professional with a strong track record in solution architecture, able to translate business strategy into effective technical designs. A strong analytical mindset and ability to identify opportunities and threats are essential in this role.
The successful candidate will provide architectural deliverables to inform governance and investment decisions, leading the design and evaluation of solution architectures across applications and technologies.
They will develop reference architectures and contextual designs to guide development, define principles, standards, and patterns to ensure architectural compliance, and support product lifecycle decisions.
Additionally, they will monitor solution portfolios, recommend improvements, consult on infrastructure and application development, and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Senior Technologist or Technology Strategist.
  • Tertiary qualification in technology, engineering or similar (desirable).
  • Exposure to diverse technologies and platforms, including cloud-based systems and software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
  • Confident presenting to senior executives and technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a focus on influencing cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a desire to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies.
