Job Title: Centre Director

As a highly skilled and experienced leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our centre team and driving results-oriented initiatives to enhance the quality of early learning and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve excellent outcomes in early childhood education and care.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement centre-wide strategies that align with organisational goals.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.
