Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to provide expert services to clients across the lifespan.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Australia's largest behaviour support team, delivering positive outcomes for NDIS participants and private clients.

  • Deliver tailored behaviour support plans and implementation strategies

Key aspects of this role include:

Assessing client needs and developing individualised behaviour support plans

Implementing and monitoring plans to achieve desired outcomes

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Providing regular progress updates and evaluations

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an allied health, human science or education field
  • A strong understanding of positive behaviour support principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
