
Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately record and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist customers with queries and product selection, providing personalized support and recommendations.
- Serve customers at the trade counter, fostering positive relationships and building trust.
- Administer customer-related tasks, including back order reporting and conflict resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Conflict resolution skills and ability to problem-solve, remaining calm under pressure.
- Self-motivated with high organisational and planning abilities, prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
- Ability to manage stress levels and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
