About the Role

The Echo Entertainment Group is seeking expressions of interest from experienced hospitality professionals for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor and Venue Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team at The Star Brisbane, a new entertainment and leisure destination in the heart of the city.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage venues within The Star Brisbane
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest service and promote a positive and exciting environment
  • Work closely with the F&B Operations Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage and train a team of F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a hospitality environment
  • High level customer service experience and implementation
  • Experience in managing multiple venues and teams
  • Previous experience within a 5-star property
