Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Live Wire, Brisbane's newest live entertainment venue. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team and enhancing the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise team members and provide guidance on training and development needs
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are maintained
- Ensure a high level of guest experience is provided in the venues, professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
- Set daily performance objectives for team members and supervise service flow
- Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly
- Availability to work 24/7 and adapt to various scheduling needs
- Expertise in building rapport with diverse guests, ensuring exceptional experiences
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
You bring a wealth of experience in Food and Beverage leadership, ideally from high-volume bars, restaurants, or hotels. Your leadership style is inspiring, and your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to connect effortlessly with guests and create memorable experiences.
