Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at The Star Brisbane. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food and beverage service, ensuring that all outlets meet our high standards.
- Assist the leadership team with training and development of team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.
- Set daily performance objectives for team members and supervise the service flow to ensure that all outlets are running efficiently.
- Make recommendations to the Venue Manager to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience in a similar role, managing large teams with confidence and effectiveness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Availability to work 24/7 and adapt to various scheduling needs.
- Expertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyone.
