About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Treasury Brisbane. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our world-class venues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Coordinate and support team members during each shift to ensure high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery
