Front Office Overnight Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Front Office Overnight All-Rounder. This key position ensures smooth overnight operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting various hotel functions.

The successful candidate will provide warm and professional service to all guests during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations efficiently.

  • Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain high security standards and perform regular safety checks to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff.
Essential Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera) is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
