Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategist


Job Description:

As a seasoned Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's safety culture. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive health, safety and wellbeing strategies across multiple sites in QLD/WA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and delivery of health, safety and wellbeing programs and initiatives across QLD/WA
  • Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison
  • Mentor and coach health, safety and wellbeing partners and advisors
  • Deliver training and capability-building across sites

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in senior health, safety and wellbeing roles
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and wellbeing legislation, compliance, and risk management
  • Proven experience leading investigations and driving improvement
