We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the implementation of student wellbeing initiatives in our organisation.
About the Role- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction in the development and implementation of student wellbeing strategies.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and outcomes.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve exceptional levels of productivity and results.
- Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing portfolios that support students' mental health and wellbeing.
- Offer high-level strategic advice on issues relevant to supporting all students' wellbeing and mental health.
- Foster effective relationships and networks with key stakeholders and clients.
- A proven track record of achieving exceptional levels of productivity autonomously, in complex environments.
- Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to consult and negotiate persuasively.
- A deep understanding of the factors that influence students' wellbeing and mental health, and best-practice approaches to support them.
