About the Opportunity

ECH INC is seeking an experienced Quality and Clinical Governance Business Partner to support the delivery of tools, frameworks, and business processes that foster quality clinical and care outcomes.

The role will act as the conduit between Quality and Operations to ensure that ECH INC remains accreditation-ready and supports the engagement and communication with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC) on behalf of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a true partnering service across the organisation to collect and analyse data to enhance service delivery and ensure all clinical and care risks are appropriately mitigated.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and be responsible for the integration of the strengthened aged care quality standards into clinical and care practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders to influence, educate, and drive required outcomes.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, extract, and analyse data to inform decision making.
  • Deliver high-quality written communications for internal and external use.
Requirements
  • A current AHPRA registration (Nursing) is required.
  • An innate understanding of the Aged-Care Quality Standards and/or community care is highly desirable.
