The successful candidate will have a strong background in cost control, financial analysis, and purchasing management. They will be responsible for verifying the cost of sales for our F&B outlets and event menu packages, ensuring that our retail pricing policies are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be current with all aspects of the Brisbane hospitality supply chain. They will be able to demonstrate their skills in:

  • Verifying the cost of sales for F&B outlets and event menu packages
  • Submitting monthly F&B reports, including stock take results and spot checks
  • Developing a competitive purchasing network and quality control practice
  • Examining incoming orders to ensure quality and agreed pricing specifications

We offer a casual position with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week. The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly, with on-site working hours that can be negotiated. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of $34.00 - $36.00 per hour.
