Release Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Release Manager/Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Environment Management and Change & Release governance in a transformational environment.

  • This role requires a strong background in IT, with experience in managing cross-functional engineers and ISV team members to coordinate code migration and development.

Main Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve environment-related issues and risks during a major project's lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement environment plans and strategies.
  • Manage change and deployment processes, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain environment support documentation and ensure incident and problem management analysis.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Dynamics SAS solution administration.
  • Windows desktops (up to Windows 10) and Windows Server (up to 2016) management.
  • Azure, MS SQL, DNS, AD, Firewalls, and ADO expertise.

Desirable Achievements

  • Developed Environment Management policies and procedures.
  • Created Non-Production Change Management and project engagement policies and procedures.
