Release And Environment Manager

Attractive contract rates
- Initial 6 months with possibility to extend
- Work from the comfort of your lounge room
Want to work in an open and honest culture with complete flexibility to work remote with a company who's making a real difference in a world of renewables.
How would you like to take full project ownership, proactively facilitating across delivery and BAU?
If you've been craving a chance to take charge, then this could be your next baby
Within the first six months, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your release management skills by developing Release Plans, setting up governance and frameworks, identifying risk, and all the while attending BaU and project meetings to collect data and information about the releases.
This role will be diverse.
At other times you'll be using your Release Management skills coordinating and scheduling key changes to production activities. Additionally, you'll be validating the release as it progresses thru release gates, test phases, and alerting appropriate stakeholders of any errors or issues to be addressed. You'll get a buzz out of spinning plates.
You'll have the ability to establish your own Release Standards and Processes, identifying opportunities to make tactical improvements to the release management process. By creating release management standards you'll be educating external vendors on the release methodology and strategy.
By working closely and collaboratively with the virtual Team you'll keep all stakeholders current on all change, configuration, and internal controls standards and processes. Remember, this can all be done from the comfort of the couch. Release and Environment positions are busy roles, you don't need to be wasting time (or money) travelling to the office.
