About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our technology transfer strategy.

This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a technology transfer program that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a technology transfer strategy that meets business objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals in the development and execution of project plans.
  • Buid relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Manage direct reports to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Program Management.
  • A minimum of 12 years' relevant experience in project management.
  • Proven ability to develop high-level strategies and translate them into operational plans.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and technology transfer strategies.
Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance.

Your eligibility for this role is dependent on your ability to obtain and maintain these clearances.
