ERP Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to fill the role of ERP Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling and implementing ERP solutions that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and create opportunities to win new business.
- Client Identification: Identify potential clients and decision makers within client organizations.
- Presentation and Demonstration: Present our ERP solutions to clients on site and via remote tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Proposal Development: Work with our pre-sales team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Objection Handling: Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Closing Deals: Update and supplement our CRM to grow our business and generate better market intelligence.
- Research and Engagement: Research and identify new prospects and commence engagement by cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Participate in sales activities and marketing initiatives to generate new opportunities for our organization.
- Success in Sales: Have a successful track record in selling into the mid-enterprise market with an ability to devise a business value proposition.
- Software Experience: Experience selling SaaS and other software solutions.
- Consistent Sales Outcomes: A proven track record of success in delivering consistent sales outcomes will be critical.
- Strong Communication: Possess good communication skills as it pertains to understanding business requirements.
- Meeting Quotas: Meeting and exceeding sales quota is essential.
- CRM Experience: Strong experience using CRM and maintain an accurate forecast.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
