Job Overview

This role is an opportunity to take on a leadership position in our Housekeeping department. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department and ensuring that rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.

Your duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and coordinating the work of the housekeeping team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Allocating room assignments and supervising daily cleaning activities.
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain brand excellence.
  • Supporting roster planning and operational efficiency.
  • Providing coaching and training to team members to ensure they meet brand standards.
  • Responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensuring rooms are ready for check-in on time.
  • Fostering strong relationships with Front Office and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a premium or upscale hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings and evenings, weekdays and weekends.
