We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our teams in multiple locations across Australia.

This role is crucial to the success of our hotels, and we require someone with a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills and experience managing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards
  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to drive performance and productivity
  • Ensure accurate room counts, payroll and daily compliance with industry regulations

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess strong time management skills and be able to work effectively with internal hotel teams. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional results and have a proven track record of success, please consider applying for this role.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star environment
  • Strong leadership skills: Lead from the front, drive performance and productivity
  • Excellent grooming and standards
  • Experience managing staff, including recruitment, development, rostering and performance improvement
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety policies and responsibilities
