Housekeeping Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Housekeeping Manager at our esteemed hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and quality of our rooms, as well as leading our Laundry Department.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the in-house Laundry Department.
  • Allocate daily room assignments and team responsibilities.
  • Perform regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Support operational efficiency by contributing to roster planning.
  • Cultivate the skills of Public Area Attendant team members through coaching and mentorship.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Housekeeping Management role, preferably in a premium or upscale hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.
