
Service Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences that promote repeat business and protect the company's best interests.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage client relationships and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Process tasks on the service desk and resolve issues in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Maintain data integrity regarding security registrations.
- Manage customer data on InfoLease systems.
- Handle inbound calls - queries and requests.
- Manage original contractual documents archives.
- Manage and correct exception reports.
- Apply agreed business procedures to ensure compliance with policy.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leader to manage workflow and service agreements.
- Working rights in Australia.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced skills on Microsoft suite and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously.
