Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Automation Technical Lead to join our team and play a key role in automating critical business processes for one of our major clients, a global brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Analysis and Automation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives for automating processes within the program.
  • UiPath Platform Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to maximize the utilization of the existing UiPath platform for automation purposes.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for process definition, development, testing, production release, and deployment to ensure smooth integration and operation of automated capabilities. Provide training and support to internal teams on the use and maintenance of automated processes.
  • Process Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in process automation, and recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in process automation, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies such as UiPath. Experience in defining, developing, testing, and deploying automated capabilities within complex business environments.
  • Skills: Solid understanding of airline operations and systems, particularly in the context of passenger handling and loyalty programs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
