Job Title: Global Integrations and Automation Lead

At Ashurst, we are seeking an experienced Global Integrations and Automation Lead to join our IT Platforms - Integrations & Automation team. This is a pivotal role within our IT department, responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of integrations and automation of Ashurst's systems and processes across the organisation.

About the Role:

The Global Integrations and Automation Lead will manage a team of integration specialists and automation engineers to implement and maintain integration solutions that support the company's global operations, client offering, and strategic direction. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic planning, and leadership skills to ensure integration and automation supports our global operations, our future vision, and adapts to the evolving technological landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement integration strategies to support business growth and transformation.
  • Lead a team of integration specialists and automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and automation aligns with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in integration and automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Decisive and able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative and open to embracing new ideas and technologies.
  • Committed to the professional development of self and others.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in System integration, automation, or related roles with a proven track record of successful service delivery and/or Integration & Automation transformation in a large global organisation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging Integrations platforms, Automations tools, and technologies and how they can be applied to drive business value.
