As a key member of our team, you will provide actionable insights and in-depth analysis on customer behavior and preferences. Your expertise will help us drive business decisions and improve the overall customer experience.

Our team plays a crucial role in shaping our omnichannel customer journey. We use data and analytics to produce and manage online platforms, ensuring we continuously enhance the customer experience. By leveraging reporting and data from Universal Analytics and software integrated with the website, you will analyze and provide actionable insights on strategic and tactical initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced Digital Insights Analyst who is passionate about understanding customer behavior and the e-commerce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide actionable insights on the success of strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior and make recommendations using reporting and data from Universal Analytics and software integrated with the website.
  • Collaborate with the CRO & UX team to analyze their initiatives, including customer research, customer personas, journey mapping, and conversion optimization.
  • Work closely with the content and marketing teams to maximize campaign opportunities and strategic intent for acquisition and retention.
  • Identify areas of opportunity with the digital trade team to assist the execution of on-site search and merchandising strategies.
  • Consult with key stakeholders to understand their performance metrics and build this into regular reviews of site performance.
  • Partner with 3rd party agencies to identify best practices around customer behavior, reporting, and analytics.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc analysis and insights to key stakeholders on the overall performance of the site to drive improved customer experience or new opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in digital data insights and analytics.
  • Proven experience in using GA360 and GTM360, with implementation experience highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in a range of computer software and programs, including Office suite, Site Analytics, and Google Data Studio. Knowledge of SQL is highly regarded.
  • A deep understanding of the E-commerce landscape in Australia and other similar markets.
  • Strong activation skills and a desire to execute flawlessly.
  • A passion for finding areas of opportunity and driving business growth.
  • A strong advocate for customer-driven design and execution.
