As a Business Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive in-life and retention growth for our B2C customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic financial services company with a strong focus on company culture and career development.

Working in the In-Life Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, Digital and Comms colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and positive business outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, coordinate, and create marketing activities that align with our campaign execution schedule and budget.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive in-life and retention growth.
  • Managing the development of written communications, including email copy, newsletter articles, brochures, web copy, and editing existing internal and external B2C materials.
  • Coordinating updates to existing B2C marketing materials to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Translating complex operational content into engaging customer-facing materials.
  • Liaising with internal and external designers and copywriters to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Fostering effective stakeholder engagement throughout the planning and activity process.
  • Applying insights, learnings, and critical thinking to drive engagement, lead generation, and customer understanding.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related business discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale, multi-channel campaign execution.
  • A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer-centric approach.
  • The capacity to think creatively and simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in managing creative development and media planning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
