Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer retention and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate marketing activities to achieve customer retention and engagement goals
  • Develop written communications, including email copy, newsletters, brochures, and web content, that align with our brand and messaging
  • Manage updates to existing B2C marketing materials and ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers, and copywriters to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Apply insights, learnings, and critical thinking to plan marketing activities that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer understanding
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external requirements, including legislative requirements
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related Business discipline
  • 5+ years experience in large-scale campaign execution, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to think like a customer to make complex products/services communications simple
  • Demonstrated ability to partner/collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies
  • Experience in translating performance data into actionable insights to improve ROI on activity
