Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

This is a part-time role that requires the candidate to develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Indonesian community in Australia, particularly those on working holiday visas.

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the Indonesian community in Australia.
  • Identify and reach potential clients through targeted marketing campaigns and community outreach efforts.
  • Assist in promoting programs and services to drive client inquiries and conversions.
  • Conduct research on the Indonesian community's needs, preferences, and behaviors to tailor marketing and sales strategies.
  • Plan and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, organizations, and other key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Location: Must be located in Sydney, Australia.
  • Community Knowledge: Strong understanding and connections within the Indonesian community in Australia, particularly those under working holiday visas.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on community engagement and outreach.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales-Driven: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
