About the Role

Mirvac is a leading Australian property group with a clear purpose to 'reimagine urban life'. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our high-performing team delivering our Harbourside development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and manage the financial control function at a project level for Harbourside.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of Project Feasibilities.
  • Account for the financial integrity of the Project Feasibility.
  • Budget and forecast project cashflows.
  • Assist with the preparation of PCG, Board and ELT papers and relevant financial information.
  • Undertake leasing analysis where required for assessment and approval.
Requirements
  • Finance and/or analytical experience at a medium to large real estate organisation.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property Business or Commerce.
  • Prior experience with financial modelling and valuations is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in the Development industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems and resolve issues as they arise.
