The Project Coordinator will join our team at Mascot, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager with administrative tasks.
  • Compile project-specific documentation, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Develop strong relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution to achieve project milestones.
  • Finalize projects with customers by arranging sign-off and payments.

About You:

  • Tech Skills: interpretation of architectural drawings, product assembly, project planning & documentation (Gantt charts)
  • Experience: commercial furniture, contracts administration, order processing
  • Strong relationship skills
  • Attention to detail and working to detail
  • Contracts administration experience
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, SAP

Requirements:

  • Aboriginal / Torres Strait Islander: 1 year (preferred)
  • Interpretation of architectural drawings: 1 year (preferred)
  • Excel/SAP: 1 year (preferred)
  • Project coordination: 1 year (preferred)
