Job Title: Leisure Centre Manager

\

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong leader to manage the day-to-day operations of a leisure centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, marketing, sales, projects, and management.

\

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with revenue growth and operational elements of the centre, leading and managing the centre in the absence of the Centre Manager, developing and implementing strategies to increase leisure centre attendance and program participation, and ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are met.

\

Prior experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism, Retail, or Business is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, sales ability, and a track record of achieving targets and KPIs are essential.
