Occupational Therapist Role

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality care and support to older members of the community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, with experience working with dementia patients. They will be passionate about providing person-centered care and promoting independence for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to residents with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in occupational therapy with current registration.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as an occupational therapist.
  • Experience working with dementia patients and their families.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
