**Role Summary**

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to drive our international digital marketing efforts, develop strategic campaigns, and contribute to generating online revenue.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies with a focus on driving online sales and increasing website traffic.
  • Manage end-to-end eCommerce marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and performance ads.
  • Optimize digital advertising across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform campaign planning and uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Grow and engage our social media audience to support brand awareness and traffic goals.
  • Continuously test and refine strategies to improve conversion rates and overall digital revenue performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a marketing specialist.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in the gaming, simulation, or tech sector is an advantage.
