At Menzies Aviation, we deliver time-critical logistics services across the globe. We are seeking Cargo Flight Clerks to join our teams at Sydney Domestic Airport and Matraville Cargo on a permanent part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery
  • Complete AVI check sheets and process
  • Maintain professional relationships with customers
  • Assist customers with enquiries and resolve customer complaints
  • Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring all applicable charges are collected

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cargo systems and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as experience in customer service and communication. You will be required to work shift schedules and demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.

You will also have a responsibility to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures.
