**Expectation of casual pool staff**: It is our expectation that all members of our staff consistently exhibit behaviours that align with the CORE Values of our organisation: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment. Exhibits these behaviours in the presence of all stakeholders, including colleagues, direct reports, patients, consumers, and their carers.

SDMH casual pool staff are expected to work a minimum of 1 shift every 3 months however, we encourage you to work a minimum of 1 shift a month to maintain clinical skills.
