Primary Health Care Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Health Care professional to join our team in Alice Springs.

  • This is a full-time position available for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to providing high-quality care to clients accessing Congress Clinics.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive primary health care services, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure cultural integrity and high standards of clinical care and client flow.
About the Role

The position involves working closely with colleagues in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing patient-centered care that meets the unique needs of clients accessing Congress Clinics.

Occasional weekend and public holiday shifts may be required, however regular clinic hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

What You'll Need
  • AHP/RN qualifications and registration to practice as a nurse in Australia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • An understanding of cultural safety principles and practices to deliver respectful and responsive care.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
