Job Title: Dairy Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Dairy Team Leader.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of employees, providing coaching and development opportunities, and maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
  • Maintain excellent department standards by ensuring disciplined stock rotation routines
  • Inspire customers through presentation, merchandising, and stock management
  • Maintain and nurture a culture where people and food safety is inherent
