Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to clients with disabilities, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
- Supervise and support clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Facilitate community access opportunities for clients, including social events and medical appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation to monitor and report on client progress and health care.
- Implement educational, skill development, and social activity programs for clients.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing clients' Individual Support Plans to ensure personalized care.
- Certificate III in Disability Services or Individual Support or acceptable alternative.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Check.
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
- Completion of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - New Worker NDIS Induction Modules and Worker Orientation Module.
- SCHCADS Award 2010 Level 2 $32.21 per hour + super + 25% Casual loading.
