About this role, we are seeking highly skilled ground crew workers to support heavy machinery operations and ensure the smooth execution of site activities.

The ideal candidate will assist operators with daily tasks, perform general labor duties, and occasionally operate machinery when required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Heavy Machinery Operators with excavation, grading, haul road maintenance, and other daily tasks.
  • Conduct general labor duties as required.
  • Perform pre-start checks on equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
  • Follow safety protocols to contribute to a hazard-free work environment.
  • Support survey and construction teams with marking and measuring tasks.
Requirements:
  • Machinery tickets (e.g., excavator, loader, dozer, grader, moxy, watercart).
  • Previous experience in mining, civil construction, or heavy laboring roles.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain a coal board medical certificate.
  • Driver's license is a must-have for this role.
  • FIFO roster available for the right candidate.
