Plant Operators
to help create a cleaner, more sustainable future for our communities.
About the Role
Join our team at the landfill site, where you'll receive
full training
to operate a wide range of plant machinery and vehicles. This is a
hands-on, full-time role
offering
long-term stability
and opportunities to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating a range of machinery
to manage and compact waste, including excavators, front-end loaders, compactors, and forklifts.
Full training provided
, every ticket and license can be provided.
Driving site vehicles
to transport waste and recyclables across the facility
Handling incoming waste:
stockpiling, compacting, and processing materials
Screening and sorting waste
to ensure proper disposal
Working across both landfill and transfer station operations
Loading and unloading vehicles, pushing waste, and managing different waste streams
Inspecting customer loads
to determine appropriate disposal methods
What We Offer:
$3,000 sign-on bonus
Monday to Friday

Early starts
at 6:00am and overtime available
Some work on public holidays and weekends
Full training provided – no prior experience needed

as part of your training
