Engineering Support Systems Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Support Systems Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a high level of technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and maintain complex engineering support systems to ensure they remain effective, accessible and compliant with operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage user access, troubleshoot system-related issues and ensure data integrity in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Engineering team, internal business units and external service providers to deliver reliable technical support and contribute to ongoing system enhancements that align with business needs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years systems administration or equivalent experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in an IT related discipline or equivalent.
  • Technical proficiency in software platforms.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of system administration principles, including configuration, maintenance and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements and internal procedure adherence in regulated environments.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to document processes, system changes and user guides clearly and accurately.
