About this Role
  • Lead end-to-end verification strategy across simulation, bench, and field environments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Oversee test engineers to strengthen distributed systems testing and frameworks, driving defect-free releases and enhanced system reliability.
  • Balance priorities between regression stability, milestone readiness, and new feature validation to deliver exceptional quality and timely results.
  • Drive systematic defect reporting and closure, ensuring full traceability to requirements and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineers to align verification with business outcomes, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Represent verification progress at program-level reviews and decision gates, providing transparent updates and insights.
Key Qualifications and Experience
  • A strong systems engineering background with expertise in verifying complex distributed systems, including autonomous mining systems and autonomy stacks.
  • Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality results and driving team success.
  • A deep understanding of automated test frameworks and large-scale field verification, with practical experience in developing and executing verification strategies.
