Job Description

This role involves delivering mine planning solutions to clients globally. As a key member of our consulting team, you will provide training, support, and client liaison for existing clients.

The successful candidate will scope, implement, and configure software solutions for clients, focusing on short-term mine planning products. They will also assist with general software consulting services as needed, identify new clients for software and consulting services, and maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction levels.

You will work closely with experts in mine scheduling and design to deliver mine scheduling software implementation projects. This role is ideal for a Production Engineer or Short-Term Mine Planner with operational site experience seeking a city location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scope, implement, and configure software solutions for clients.
  • Provide training, support, and client liaison for existing clients.
  • Assist with general software consulting services as needed.
  • Identify new clients for software and consulting services.
  • Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction levels.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Primary experience in mine planning with 3-5 years of operational short-term planning experience.
  • A working knowledge of mine design, planning, and scheduling techniques.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills in complex environments.
