Job Role: Print and Communications Coordinator

The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the design, printing, and distribution of publications to stakeholders and the public. This role requires a high level of organization, time management skills, and attention to detail.

About the Job:
  • Coordinate with internal clients to produce marketing materials and communications.
  • Manage contracts, supplier relationships, and warehouse inventory stock levels.
  • Ensure adherence to print policy through publication ordering.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, print, and distribute WorkSafe branded publications.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to produce communications and marketing materials.
  • Manage contracts, fee scheduling, and relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain warehouse inventory stock levels and coordinate internal distribution.
Requirements:
  • Experience in marketing or communications administration.
  • Excellent client liaison skills, attention to detail, strong time management skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Numerical and analytical skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, experience in print production, and working with brand style guidelines are desirable.
