About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Pricing and Inventory Analyst to join our Revenue Team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in supporting the Digital Commercial Operations Manager by overseeing digital inventory, revenue, yield, and associated reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Develop and maintain accurate impression and page view forecasts using relevant tools and internal data.
  • Revenue Analysis: Provide scheduled and ad-hoc revenue reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Campaign Management: Respond to digital campaign queries related to avails and pricing, and monitor incoming orders for approval.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor CPMs and revenue, recommending adjustments based on findings.
  • Data Analysis: Calculate available inventory and conversion into revenue opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate and share information with various internal stakeholders, and provide training to new starters on systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising operations and sales environments, with a preference for digital video sales.
  • Programmatic Sales Environment: Strong understanding of the programmatic sales environment.
  • Digital Ad Serving Ecosystem: Expertise in the digital ad serving ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Pricing and Inventory Management: Keen interest in pricing and inventory management.
  • Industry Trends: Awareness of key trends within the digital video industry.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with ad-serving platforms and business intelligence tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
